The sixth week of the Thoroughbred Idea Foundation’s Summer Prop Contest features the props of NBC handicapper Matt Bernier.  Formerly of the Daily Racing Form, Bernier was originally featured on the show Horseplayers. You can follow him on Twitter @Bernier_Matt.
