The third week of the Thoroughbred Idea Foundation’s Summer Prop Contest features the props of prominent handicapper, podcaster and Fox Sports pundit Jonathon Kinchen. The winner of the 2015 NHC Tour, Kinchen will offer props across the races at Saratoga and Del Mar.

Jeffrey Amster of Oceanside, New York won the second week of the contest with the only clean slate from more than 100 entries and holds the overall lead. Players can participate in all eight weeks, or just select weeks, but the best four scores accumulated will count towards the overall standings. A total of 176 players have registered scores thus far through two weeks of the contest.

Donations in the third week of the contest will be topped-up by Winchester Feed, contributing an additional $1,000 distributed across the winners’ designated charities.

“We are happy to follow the lead of our friends at Machmer Hall and support this initiative,” said Winchester Feed owner and Chief Executive Officer Andy Ritter. “The awareness raised on behalf of jockey and rider health-related issues is easy to support as longtime owners and breeders.”

New and existing players can enter the contest here.
